Xiamen Yiyuan Plastic Co., Ltd. Established in 2007 in Xiamen, is a professional manufacture with 17 years experience on injection molds and plastic molded parts. We have over 2000 squre meters, 110 staff, which support over Global 300 customers and can make over 40 sets molds monthly.
Over the past years, we′ve been committed to providing varied molds and molded parts for our clients in high quality and less time.
We have our own R&D department for technical support. Our company mainly engaged in injection mold design, development, manufacturing, processing, post-treatment and other processes, providing one-stop services for domestic and foreign customers. Currently, our business scope includes injection mould, blowing mould, die casting mould, 3D printing and our major products include auto parts, aerospace parts, electronic parts, medical products, home appliance components,sports equipment etc.
Our head office has 21 injection molding machines with sizes ranging from 100t to 630t;Having a mold workshop and related equipment;We have secondary processing equipment such as bronzing machine, transfer printing machines, automatic nut planting machines, ultrasonic machines etc; Total number of employees: 60 people with various related talents; Annual output value: 35 million RMB. The subsidiary has 19 injection molding machines of 100-1300 tons in size; Having relevant equipment such as printing and spraying assembly lines; Total number of employees: 50 people; Annual output value of 20 million RMB.
Yiyuan company has a professional mould design and mould manufacturing team, its R & D centre has several years of mould design engineers nearly 30 people, our designers in the plastic mould industry have more than 15 years of experience, the company has a full set of imported production equipment and a full set of advanced CNC machining equipment, such as: Automatic Haitian injection moulding machine, Taichi mirror EDM machine, CNC lathe, grinding machine, milling machine and other imported high-precision equipment.
